Finance Committee

Purpose

  • This committee has been formed by the Board of Directors to make recommendations through the HOA Treasurer to the Board about financial issues. The Financial Committee assists and reports directly to the HOA Treasurer

Goals and Objectives

  • Review HOA financial, cash flow and expenditures
  • Review and evaluate funding for proposals
  • Provide resouces for development of the HOA Yearly Budget.
  • Works with Management Company on Fiancial Issue.

Membership

  • Membership is open to only to members of the HOA.
  • Term will be for one year.
  • The HOA Board Treasurer will approve and define membership, tasks and organization of the Committee.
